Beginning with a few sports updates , Dj Deuxrelle sort of gloats being a die hard Lakers fan. His excitement stems from the newly acquired players and trade updates. Melo wants to know if FORBES is petty or not and Jamil B. pays homage to the WB Frog. Through it all this Episode is one of motivation and the trio redefines the meaning of being focused & controlling your fate by way of blocking all negativity as masking tape blocks paint from spilling in areas it shouldn't. 

7, 8, Nonsense

7, 8, " Nonsense" begins with plenty of it from the very beginning as Jamil B. has a field day with Melo stumbling over his words with the assist of course, courtesy of Dj Deuxrelle with his spot on drops.  From briefly discussing stocks and boxing to recapping The Fresh Prince of Belair Reunion, the the trio deliver another memorable show. "Choin the Converstion"

" Pan Damn-it! "

In this episode the discussion begins with the current updates of the pandemic in the Tri State area, talks of vaccinations and their views on vaccines. Boxing and Melo's take on the P4P Champion Terrence "Bud" Crawford also becomes a topic and the show finishes strong with an explanation of how some people butcher lyrics to popular songs.

"1 Swing, Grand Slam! "

The trio briefly recap 2020's Presidential Election results. They follow that with a response to a listener's relationship question about women approaching the man or as some would say "Making the 1st move". As the episode progresses they discuss rapper "Lil Wayne's " catalog and which body of work was better. Somewhere down the line they end up revisiting some old legendary wrestling memories, and well let's just say it became very knee slapping.

In this episode the trio go over different perspectives on the voting process and their opinion on the the 2020 presidential election along with it's status. Jamil B. asks people "What are you voting for" ? Dj Deuxrelle gets cyber bullied by a follower on social media, and later down the line Melo wants to know why videos posted on social media playing music are flagged even if you're a subscriber to streaming apps.

" Nothin is Out of Reach"

This Episode begins a little rocky due to a few technical difficulties, but the trio never has issues getting out of such situations. As the show progresses they begin to mention tips and tricks that may be obvious but remind listeners we all need a little push. Also highlighted are different types of music designed to get people up and moving. This is a motivational episode

Money and Mischief

This show begins with Melo explaining to Jamil B about the new name for Hotdogs or " Frank's " as Glizzy. From there the trio revisit memories from Mischief Night/ Halloween in the hood. special guest in the background Jay Sutton from "The Jay Sutton Show"

"Hoodie Season Grind"

This episode begins with a preview of Halloween, and few laughs about parking violations and PPE. A Motivational episode highlighting "Health and Fitness. We were graced with a phone interview from Ishmael-Iben Malik health guru, personal trainer and owner of the brand " Extreme Pure Impact".
